Patnaik’s scathing remarks emphasized the futility of opposing progress, asserting that such actions only hindered the state’s advancement without offering any constructive alternatives. He urged the people of Odisha to see through the opposition’s tactics and reiterated his unwavering commitment to steering the state towards prosperity.

In addition to lauding Odisha’s progress in various sectors, Patnaik announced plans for a dedicated youth budget, focusing on fostering entrepreneurship, job creation, and skill development. He expressed confidence that the coming decade would offer unprecedented opportunities for the state’s youth to thrive and contribute to its growth story.
