Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik marked a significant milestone in Odisha’s development journey by inaugurating and laying the foundation stones for various infrastructure projects across the state. The ceremony, conducted via video-conferencing, saw the unveiling of several crucial initiatives aimed at enhancing connectivity, tourism, and overall infrastructure.
Among the projects inaugurated by Chief Minister Patnaik were the renovated Harishankar Temple in Bolangir district and a 3 km-long flyover at Joda in Keonjhar district, heralded as Odisha’s longest flyover, constructed at a cost of Rs 258.78 crore. Additionally, a 762-meter railway overbridge at Jatni Kudiari in Khurda district, Odisha’s longest bridge spanning 3 km over the Mahanadi River on the Athmallik-Dhalpur road, and a 600-meter bridge over the Tel River were inaugurated. Moreover, the Boudh-Maryakud link road, constructed at a cost of Rs 71.59 crore, was also unveiled.
